How we handle personal data collected through this website, mainly through our two enquiry forms (“Start a project” and the “Brand Growth” landing page), and in emails and calls that follow an enquiry.
Information you enter in our forms:
• Full name, work email address and company or brand name
• Phone number (optional, Start a project form only)
• Services you are interested in and preferred timeline (Start a project form only)
• Project details you write in the message field
• Your confirmation that Ulike may contact you about the enquiry (consent checkbox)
Please do not include sensitive personal data (for example health, religious or banking details) in the message field.
Information added automatically to your enquiry: the page you submitted from, and the service page you came from if you used a “Start a project” button there; campaign details in the web address if present (UTM parameters); and a random reference number used only to prevent the same enquiry from being recorded twice.
Technical information: like any website, our hosting and security providers process technical data such as IP address and browser details to deliver the site, protect it from abuse and limit repeated form submissions. Our enquiry records do not include your IP address.
Cookies, analytics and tracking: this website currently does not set cookies in your browser and does not use Google Analytics, advertising or remarketing pixels, or other third-party marketing trackers. The website is hosted by Framer, whose built-in analytics are described by Framer as not using cookies. Framer’s platform also uses an error-monitoring service (Sentry). If we add analytics, advertising or other tools that use cookies or similar technologies in future, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where required.
• To reply to your enquiry, understand your project and discuss the services you asked about (your consent and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries).
• To keep a record of the enquiry and follow it up in our CRM (our legitimate interest in managing business relationships).
• To keep the website secure, prevent spam and limit abuse (our legitimate interest).
• To meet legal or regulatory obligations (legal obligation).
Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails, and we do not send marketing emails merely because you contacted us. Our forms currently have no marketing checkbox. If we later offer an optional newsletter or similar, it will require your separate, clear consent, and you will be able to withdraw it at any time. We do not sell your personal data.
Only service providers that help us run the website and handle enquiries, and only for those purposes:
• HubSpot: our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Your enquiry is stored as a contact and an associated deal record.
• Cloudflare: receives form submissions, passes them securely to HubSpot, and applies spam and rate-limit protection.
• Framer: hosts and delivers the website.
• Google Workspace: our business email, used when we correspond with you.
We may also disclose information when required by law or by a competent authority.
Our service providers operate internationally, so your information may be processed outside Saudi Arabia. Our HubSpot account is hosted in the United States. Cloudflare processes form submissions on its global network, and Framer and Google Workspace also operate internationally. Where personal data is transferred outside Saudi Arabia, we do so in accordance with the PDPL and its regulations.
We keep enquiry information for 12 months after our last interaction with you, unless a longer period is required by law or is justified, for example while we are working with you under a contract or handling a dispute. After that we delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see section 9).
Subject to the conditions in the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), you may ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy; correct inaccurate or incomplete data; delete your data or limit how we use it; and withdraw any consent you gave (this does not affect processing that already took place). You may also complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).
To make a request, email info@u-like.net from the address you used in your enquiry, or write to the registered address above. We aim to respond within 30 days, or sooner where applicable law requires.
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to our systems, and spam and rate-limit protection on our forms. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please share only what is needed to describe your project.
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version, and we will make material changes clear on this page.
